Talavera Hair Products, Inc. (“Company”) extends this one (1) warranty to the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”) of the Split-Ender® PRO.

The Split-Ender® PRO and its parts are warrantied against manufacturer defects for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty only covers the items specifically listed above for the period specified.

THIS WARRANTY REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

TALAVERA HAIR PRODUCTS, INC. will not replace nor honor our warranty for products purchased from unauthorized sellers on Ebay, Amazon and other internet retailers.  Please contact us if you would like to confirm our authorized re-sellers to ensure you receive TALAVERA HAIR PRODUCTS, INC. full product guarantee/warranty.

Only by purchasing through our website, or that of one of our approved distributors, will we guarantee you a one year warranty for any replacement parts or unit (for full details check out our terms and conditions).

EXCLUSIONS: Excluded from this limited one (1) year warranty, are damages to the Split-Ender® PRO caused by unreasonable or unintended use, abuse or neglect. Also excluded is damage from ordinary wear and tear.
